Chaat is a universally loved style of what is essentially India’s fast food. You see it everywhere on the street but not normally in high-end restaurants in London. A good chaat should cover all the flavours of India - Salty, Sour, Spicy and Sweet.
This chaat was many years in the making but we finally found a dish which can do service that marries the traditional elements of a chaat with our signature punchy flavours.
