A south Indian classic, Lemon Rice is India’s answer to a Chinese Fried Rice. Normally made using leftover rice, lemon rice is a classic light lunch dish when paired with a simple raita or even plain yoghurt. We like to serve it alongside Makai Palak and Dal Panchmel.
