GET YOUR PAN HOT: Saute your prawns, fish or veg in a pan at medium to high heat until three-quarters way cooked.

LET IT SIMMER: Pour the sauce into the pan, add 2 tbsp water and bring to a boil. Reduce and let it simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes until the oil from the sauce splits.

FINISH IN STYLE: For added freshness, adjust with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle some chopped coriander.
