Ghee is a type of clarified butter that has its roots in Ancient India. Long held as the tonic for many illnesses in Ayurvedic practices, the nutritional value of ghee is becoming more appreciated by non-Indians. As well as this, desi Ghee is the flavour backbone of kitchens across the subcontinent and – as a result – our restaurants too.
