Our Makai palak is based on the traditional Punjabi farmers' dish - Saag and Makki Ki Roti (stewed greens with corn flatbreads). Taking a fresher and lighter approach, we roast garlic and cumin in oil before adding blanched spinach and cooking out to lock in the flavour and colour, before adding sweetcorn through the mix.
Best enjoyed alongside a rich curry like our signature Chicken Butter Masala or a Dal with Garlic Naan.
